Patriot Electric, Heating and Cooling was built the same way most things in East Texas are built, through hard work, persistence, and a commitment to doing things the right way. What you see today did not happen overnight. It started with a simple idea, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to show up every day and earn trust one job at a time.
Our mission is to be Honest and fair in all dealings with our customers and each other; to offer the best Quality Service we can provide; and to create a Family Environment for both employees and customers.
On December 4, 2005, Patriot Electric, Heating and Cooling began with two men, Brad Morris and Russell Vance, and a pickup truck. There was no large team and no established reputation, just determination and a clear purpose.
In those early days, Brad handled everything. He ran service calls, answered phones, scheduled work, and managed payroll. Every job mattered, and every customer counted. It was not easy, but it was honest work built on effort and accountability.
A few years later, Troy Long joined the team. Together, Brad, Russell, and Troy laid the foundation for what Patriot is today. They did not just grow a company. They built a reputation grounded in reliability, consistency, and follow-through.
That foundation still drives everything we do.
